Every drink is unique and packed with flavor. The 5 types of salsa starter is fun and inventive and the atmosphere at the bar is vibrant and full of music. Make sure you try the lobster elote and save room for desert!

Okay- they are so accommodating. Our babysitter no showed on us and they immediately were able to accommodate us bringing two kids with us. All the staff was friendly, kind and patient with us. They probably don't get many kids coming in cause it took a while from them to find the high chair in their storage. The kids LOVED the lobster enchiladas and the ahi tuna cold appetizer with mango. The drinks were very nicely made. We also finished the cuatros leches cake in like 15 seconds. And really had to fight not to order another one. We should have. Btw- ambiance was great. I wish we didn't have to take the kids. The indoor area was so well done and created a romantic feel.

Great atmosphere in the lounge area. Interesting menu with a varied selection. I ordered the bone marrow dish and the tortilla soup. The soup was excellent! Took me back to how it used to be at the Mansion years ago. The marrow was a unique experience for me. It was salty, slimy and spicy all at once. Maybe a touch too much salt or spice but it was still good. Service was excellent.

As first-time visitors to this restaurant, our party of seven was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish, featuring detailed cocktail and food recommendations. One of the highlights was the background story accompanying one of our drinks, which was named after a Mexican singer and song, adding a delightful cultural touch to our evening. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning, boasting plenty of natural light and a swanky, sexy decor that creates a perfect dining atmosphere. The food was equally impressive. Our table sampled a variety of dishes, including Sea Bass, Filet Mignon, Lobster Elote, Scallops, and the Del Mar Enchilada Trio. Each dish was exceptional, showcasing the culinary skills of the kitchen. We were celebrating a birthday, and the restaurant provided a lovely cake celebration to conclude our evening, adding a special touch to our night. Overall, our experience was memorable and highly enjoyable. We look forward to returning soon.

My first time trying The Mexican for a birthday dinner, and I must say it is quite tasty. Unfortunately, I cannot recall our server's name, but he was on top of it! He handled our party of eight with ease. Here are my ratings: * Crispy Pork Belly - 8/10 These were a hit around the table, so maybe 10/10 for them * Tostaditas - 7/10 * Lobster Elote - 10/10 * 10 oz Filet Mignon - 9/10 I was really impressed with the flavor it had * Langosta Enchiladas - 10/10 * King Crab Enchiladas - 10/10 * Camarones Enchiladas - 7/10 The sauce was a little bland to me compared to the others * Del Mar Enchilada Trio - 10/10 * Jumbo Asparagus - 7/10 Overall, everyone enjoyed their plates. There were a few gripes about the portions, though, and I would have to agree that they were a bit small for $46 Enchiladas. However, on the flavor side, they knocked it out of the park! Also, we had a reservation but still waited about 25 mins before being seated; I wasn't a big fan of that. The hostess, server, and valet were all great, though. Overall, I would come back, but not if you're starving lol.

Bit the bullet and decided to come back and celebrate our anniversary, and we were pleasantly surprised and loved everything! Here's some highlights: Chicharrón de Pulpo: 9/10 Something about the combination of crispy octopus in a warm, soft, homemade tortilla lead our dinner to a strong start! Del Mar Enchilada Trio: 10/10 Our server recommended this dish and I'm glad she did because i couldn't make a decision on the menu. The plate included 3 enchiladas each picked with shrimp, king crab, and lobster. They were all packed with flavor and I couldn't choose a favorite. (not pictured) Campechana: 10/10 I wanted to try this dessert the last time I visited but they were out of it. I'm soo glad I finally got to try it! It's essentially eating a sweet flaky pastry with ice cream sandwiched between with pistachios and cajeta. Probably my favorite of the night. Did I mention it was huuuge?! Can definitely be split between 4 ppl. Awesome service as usual, I wish i remembered my server's name so i can give her a shout out. We discovered that they have a cigar lounge which is invite/members only but the manager was kind enough to offer us a tour! Special thank you to Jennifer for the amazing hospitality. The staff and food were wonderful.

Excellent - really great vibe and atmosphere. Menu has lots to choose from - all was delicious! Portions are big - salad was huge! Did a mocktail which was really good! Service was great and overall experience was really nice. We are in Dallas often for work and would absolutely go back!

This is a fine dining experience! I think it's important for people to know that before they go and see the prices. Based on the reviews I've read, the prices are the biggest complaint; however, the food and drinks are amazing! We went for Mother's Day and everyone in the party was impressed by the food. From the five different free salsas to all three of the desserts everything was delicious! Apps: Crispy Pork Belly, Chicharrón de Pulpo, Sea Bass Ceviche Entrees: Barbacoa de Arrachera (I ordered this as an app and it was AMAZING), Japanese Miyazaka A5 Wagyu, Del Mar Enchilada Trio, Camarones Gobernador, and Milagro Boneless Ribeye. Desserts: Campechana (the best), Tarta de Nueces, and Cuatro Leches The service and atmosphere were top notch. The staff seemed to get along very well and work as a team to keep customers happy. They had free pictures for families celebrating Mother's Day. Overall, great experience! Without tip was right under $100 a person, but it could have easily been half that. The menu has a range of prices, and everything is quality!
